The Cello C32224 is an ok TV when compared to other mid-size TVs that were released more than a year ago. Having said this, we did note that it has a less good feature set than similar LED televisions and has poor user reviews.

This TV has very low running costs compared to other TVs. Furthemore, This 32 inches TV is HD-ready and has a refresh rate of 60 hertz. However, at over a year old, it may not have some of the latest technology found on newer LED screens.

Very Small Screen Size

The screen sizes of LED televisions of a comparable age and spec to the C32224 range from 31" to 50", and the average screen size is 40". With a screen size of only 32 inches, the Cello C32224 has a quite small screen size compared to most of the other LED TVs that have been available for a similar time to the C32224.

We compared all the other 32" LED displays to this LED TV and we think a higher Kagoo Rating™ product such as the Sharp LC-32LD145 (£179.00), and the Samsung UE32EH4003 (£182.17) are also worth considering.

LED televisions with a bigger screen size that might be worth considering include the Panasonic TX-39AS600 (£234.99) (39" and higher rated), the Sharp LC-39LE351 (£235.90) (39" and higher rated), or the Samsung UE40H5000 (£225.00) (40" and higher rated).

Does Not Have a WiFi Connection

The Cello C32224 does not have a WiFi connection, unlike most of the other mid-size TVs that were released around the same time as the C32224.

We compared this LED television to all the other LED screens with a WiFi connection and we think the 32W3453 (£179.99), or the 32W3433 (£201.61) both from Toshiba or the Sony KDL-32R433 (£179.99) are also worth considering.

Not Smart TV

The Cello C32224 is not Smart TV, although it is worth keeping in mind that most of the other LED televisions of this age and spec are also not Smart TV.

Not 3D Compatible

Like most of the other mid-size TVs that are more than a year old, the Cello C32224 is not 3D compatible.

The Cello C32224 has a better display resolution than most mid-size TVs that have been around for more than a year. This LED display has a HD-Ready HD type, whereas most mid-size TVs that are a similar age to it have a Full HD HD type. HD-ready TVs have a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels.

We think you might also be interested in different HD-ready LED displays including the 32PHH4309 (£182.89), or the 32PHH4319 (£189.99) both from Philips which are cheaper.
